Abukuma cave was discovered while mining for limestones from the current Kamayama quarry in September 1969. In 1973 the inner cavern was developed for tourism then was open to the general public. The route for sightseeing is 600 m. Together with the route closed to the public, it has a total length of 3,300 m. Though that number may change due to investigations in the future. Abukuma cave is presumed to have its limestones crystallized approximately 80 million years ago (the latter cretaceous period). The design of the submachinegun is most likely based on the famous British Sten gun mixed with the Polish Mors smg, there is also from the looks of it some Russian ppsh 41 influence of the gun as the what could be a safety, fire selector or both look fairly similar to the ppsh 41s fire selector.
