The land layer has full ocean displacement as well with a separate water and cloud layer. Ideally this is designed to use realtime masking on the emissive lights. I used a process of projection and UVs that results in no distortion at the poles or long vertical seam typical on most spherical objects. Engraved on the statue, the games from the series that I have completed so far. A low poly Skipray Blastboat, from the Star Wars expanded universe / Legends. This older imperial ship featured a rotating wing, and in the post-OT era more often than not appeared with in rusty brown tones, often operated by bounty hunters or pirates, so I’ve included 2 different colorschemes with this one, aas well as a cockpit interior. I followed the top view proportions and scale of the original design, but I was curious to try a more streamlined look, with the front wings better integrated into the fuselage. I made a few other changes and also swapped on a turret inspired by the imperial troop transport as seen in The Mandalorian. The old official model was called a GAT-12 Skipray Blastboat, you could think of this as a slightly more lightly armed GAT-10 design, better at atmospheric flight. Still instantly recognizable by any EU fan!
