Iconic Jordan shoe in collaboration with popular sneaker boutique, Union LA. This Off Noir Ice pair released back in 2020 This model is a 1:1 replication of the original. All dimensions, angles, and curves are the same as the real life counterpart. The shoe is subdivision ready with a base polycount of 65,671 polys per shoe. The mesh uses four texture sets, all at 4096x4096 resolution, with the following maps in use: Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Normal. The base color map contains the transparency information. There is an optimized, One Mesh version which has a lower polycount, 33,440 polys per shoe. This was achieved by removing small stitches and smoothing out the sole of the shoe. My entry for the February Challenge of Frontiers. Here we have a cowboy on his way to discover what lays beyond what his eyes can see in the desert. I wanted to take a lower poly and stylized approach to this model, and make it look like a drawing rather than a 3D model. I modeled this in Maya, and with the exception of a few meshes I threw into Substance Painter for opacity, assigned lambert materials for most of the colors. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 240570 polygons.
