This relief carving is in one of the crypts at Dendera Temple, Egypt and has been interpreted by various fringe or conspiracy theorists and “alternate” history nuts as evidence of the ancient Egyptians having light bulbs.
However, that pseudoscientific interpreation is false. This is a depiction of an aspect of ancient Egyptian theology. The scene depicts the creation of the sun god in the form of a serpent surrounded by either an oval body of water or a magical (heka) field. At the end of the oval is a lotus blossom and stem. No need to create sensatial false explanantions when actual data is more interesting.

While he is rowing around he is carefull for alligators and takes with him his shotgun. In the evening he is sitting outside in his favourite chair playing his fiddle and getting wasted on whiskey.
