To show you how much, I redid the C1, the atlas, the first vertebra of the spine. I annotated the current C1, because a vertebra is much more than just part of the spine, it has a lot of distinct features of its own. If you want to see the annotations, just click “show annotations” at the bottom of the model window. I want to redo the complete model and put it in a dedicated website so, that everybody can learn the gross anatomy of Rattus norvegicus in a way that doesn’t need actual specimens.
