The reason why I went for a 3D model and not a video because it’s different from other angles so please rotate the camera. Hi everyone ! This is my entry for Street Food Vendor challenge. It’s a ciğerci vehicle. Ciğer means “Liver” in Turkish and very famous amongst Turkish people. We like it a lot. There is a vendor who sales it for about 30 years in Ankara, who is famous with his liver food. So I’m inspired by hic vehicle. When I see him in the streets of Tunalı Hilmi Street (in Ankara), I became so happy to eat his famous food. Kokorec and ciğer are the most consumed offals by Turkish people, so directly came to people’s mind. As an Ankaran, I had to pay my respects to Ciğerci Naci, Famous Liver Vendor. Sorry it took too long. My main idea was creating a kokorecci vendor model (kokorec is made of guts of lamb) but one of the other people made that so I had to turn back. Missed deadline by 1 hour (I was missed with 1 min but uploading textures and stuff.) Hope you enjoy it. This is my submission for the Airship games art jam. The theme is ‘Growth’, so I went in a bit of a different direction to most, and a direction that’s closer to home. I’m hoping I’ve done the emotion justice here. I wanted to try and capture a sense of gentleness, of a single moment of growth that is simultaneously ground-breaking but also fragile and vulnerable - the eggshell softly cracking. –This project is part of a larger game concept I’ve been writing since college, a third-person action adventure with some space-sim mechanics. It’s been a learning process, but I couldn’t be happier with how it has come together. This is my attempt at modelling World of Warcraft’s Sulfuron Keep from the Firelands raid. This model was created for a college project so any feedback would be greatly appreciated! And just as a side note: I am aware that the underside of the model and the fact that the platform is poking out from the lava does look rather unusual, however the main reason for this is because I wasn’t originally planning to upload this scene as a physical model that could be viewed from any perspective, instead, once the model was completed, I intended to take a single, static render of the scene as if it were looking through the eyes of a player, and uploading that image to my Artstation account, meaning that I wasn’t really focussing on any of the areas of the model that wouldn’t be seen within the final render. This was a fun project to make, not only because of the classic gaming console but also the early 80’s TV. Admittedly, I never actually owned an Atari 2600, but my dear grandma had a TV like this for many years when I was a kid, so it’s sentimental to me. There are many textures included, but don’t let it scare you too much; they’re all appropriately labelled and easy to apply. A lot of them are 128x128 uniform color textures, which shouldn’t add much of an extra workload to your scene, and some materials share the larger textures as well. There are several cartridge materials included, and you can easily change the TV screen texture, so you could get really creative with what game is playing in your scene! Or you could have it not playing a game and just put your own video on there or something, anything you’d like! Another 3D model of a Pokemon for my older brother, and this will be the last one I do for the rest of the year because I want to do other projects that are more in line with my interests. However, I’ll continue to dedicate to him every year at least one 3D model of something from his favorite franchise. As with Piplup, Pikachu’s textures were made from scratch in GIMP, but this time the character is a full 3D figure, unsegmented, so this is one of my first more or less advanced Rigging works along the way that I had done previously. This project was also a revelation for me, as it made me think that the style of my next 3D models would have a more cartoon or anime style, even though that is not reflected here.
