He was awarded numerous medals, titles, and honors by Russia, as well as by other countries. I wanted to make a new hellenic thing, but then realised that this may be original Roman design - at least I found no evidence of greek origins of the design. It’s still doric though! This model is based on the sarcophagus of Lucius Cornelius Scipio Barbatus (clearly a roman guy), and here is the fun fact - the inscription on the tablet was once redone, most likely by one of the relatives of Scipio. So I changed the text a bit with some lines from the movie “Blood & Concrete: A Love Story” - since Romans really loved concrete, which they called opus caementicium. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 34609 polygons.

After modelling an environment for my last project, I decided to focus on props this time. I pushed my modelling skills by attempting different spear designs, incorporating shapes that went beyond the typical box-shape. Spear B (middle) was especially challenging given its organic nature, so it was an opportunity to practice sculpting in ZBrush. A sci-fi holographic computer I made that is loosely based off the IBM 5100. Originally created for Second Life, shown here in Metalness PBR. Textured in Quixel Suite and Photoshop, modeled in Blender with the HardOps plugin. The hologram is static for now, it normally has an animation (in other engines) but I am still trying to figure out a good way to have both a smooth interpolated rotation of the rings on the bottom and a hard transition of frames on the main screen (only way I can currently think of is to use the frame-by-frame method here but that would require way too much mesh data for smooth rotation).
