The Colt Model 727 Government Carbine is the carbine Variant of the M16A2 Rifle (Mod 701-713). The Model 727 is notable as being the carbine that would become the Colt M4 and M4A1 in U.S. service (Mod 977-979). My friend Erik Christensen and I had an evening to kill so we ended up around the coast with our Photogrammetry gear scanning this awesome van that had been burnt. Huge credit goes to Erik for driving us out to the site and processing the high resolution data we captured. This scan was created with 2474 images (culled down from 3000+). The shoot was approached in two passes, with Erik taking on the polarised side of the shoot while I did the specular shoot. Shot with 50mm lenses and Godox AR400 strobes at night time. This is a scan of a small skate park in Rio de Janeiro, Lagoa, with some great grafitti, additional sky environment, and raw decimated scan data. The park was shot with a Sony Alpha7, tripod, and zeiss lens for sharpness. Made of 160 photos and processed with Reality Capture software. To finish the sky domes are mapped with segmented panoramics that were shot at the same time. Included in this pack will be HDR 7k panos for lighting. It was a cloudy day with light rain, so things were done quickly to say the least. I document the shoot on my blog here, which shows how I processed the other nearby skate pool. Meet: Pimcamto :) This picanto is based on a scan of my mum’s little 2011 kia picanto, her’s is black but it doesnt look that good in black neither irl nor here… Its a 2011 model year, on EX3 trim which it doesnt say anywhere but in its registration, features a quite anemic 1.0 litre 4 cylinder engine with 3 valve per cylinder, 12 valve in total, which develops a racecar-worthy 65hp (wow). It is veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slow but very fun to drive and can do highway speeds (but just about) and if you and your family are not fat 5*** people in it. The trunk, however is pityful, cant even fit its own spare if it doesnt go in its designed well. It has amazing turn radius, light and zippy steering and very responsive suspension, aswell as a very good gear shifter, feels really good but its a shame its all paired with a handheld powerdrill for an engine. A musket is a long gun that appeared in the 16th century and was the most used defensive weapon in a fortress such as Fort Lillo. The walls of a West European fortress were designed for musket fire.
