My submission for the first Low Poly challenge of 2021! The combined lighthouse and windmill provides the Lighthouse Keeper with an excellent view of the surrounding reef, unfortunately it lighthouse no longer works as intended, meaning there have been a few… mishaps over the years. Though we are assured that it certainly wasn’t the Keeper’s intention! Hi to everybody again. In this guitar challenge I present this gibson paint. It makes me nostalgic, the musical instruments, there was a time in my life where I did a lot of music. To project mu passion I have done a stylized hell style painting. The work of uvs was additional, for this use blender and manually cut each piece, then rectification of angular and area distortions. For the puzzle use uvpackmaster, separating in 3 materials with 70% coverage of the islands on the texture set, and an optimal texture resolution for real time, prepared for a 4k and two 2k map. This is a 3D model is from a laser scanning survey of the remains of a slave house chimney (Chimney 3) from the Stafford Plantation on Cumberland Island National Seashore. The Chimneys are a series of 26 hearth and brick remains in three parallel rows that are found nearby the main Stafford plantation house. The site is undergoing restoration treatments and our 3D survey was performed prior to that work, digitally documenting and preserving the site for archival purposes. Our 3D work is additionally assistive with preservation planning and supportive of management needs, and can be utilized for structural repair documentation, monitoring, and condition assessment. Using these models, 3D prints can also be made to examine construction techniques in tactile ways.
