A sci-fi/Cyberpunk style 3D printer, using the latest laser guided nano-robotic technology. I used a rotor showing different frames for the holograms but they might be a little choppy to some, I still have a lot to learn about animation. special thanks to @Matt_Rafferty for help with rigging I was inspired by the fabricator in subnautica. This photo was taken during fieldwork at the site by Edgar Hewett, Director of the School of American Archaeology in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This carved stone monument is from the Maya site of Quirigua, Department of Izabal, Guatemala (UNESCO World Heritage site). Working in collaboration with Guatemalan archaeologists and site management, our team of heritage and 3D specialists are recording thestela and carvings as well as terrain and site landscape details. The Temple at Évora is a unique example of roman religious architecture, and was wrongly described as being built to honor the goddess Diana. It rather was constructed to honor the figure of the emperor. This structure dates from the late 1st century to the early 2nd century A.D., and it was part of a larger complex that included a forum, a public square with a basilica on the opposite side, and it was surrounded by a colonnade. The temple as seen today dates back to the second half of the 19th century, when, under the direction of the cenographer Cinnati, all non-roman elements were removed. The text dates from the third dynasty of Ur (Ur III, c. 2100-2000 BC). The original text that was impressed on the tablet has, for the most part, been rendered illegible by a seal that was stamped over the surface.
The seal appears to have belonged to Shara-bazige, a scribe who was employed by Ur-Lisi, governor of Umma, a city-state in southern Mesopotamia and a key center during the Ur III period. Caerlaverock Castle was the chief seat of the Maxwells, one of the great noble families in southern Scotland.
The castle is famous in history and literature through its siege by Edward I of England in 1300, commemorated in the contemporary poem, The Siege of Caerlaverock. It was captured in 1640 by the Covenanters after a protracted siege and thereafter abandoned as a lordly residence.

With this project I tried to experiment a new workflow. I created my own alphas in maya to create a new brush in Zbrush. It allowed me to put a lot of small details on my helmet. I still wanted to retopo my model in order for it to be real time rendered. The final lowpoly model has exactly 20K tris, and has a single 2K textures
