An update of my old low poly TIE fighter model, with windows cut in and a low poly interior, complete with pilot, added- adds a ton of depth and realism. None of it is meant to hold up in closeups, but it looks great from afar. The whole thing is ~5.5k tris, so if you want a hangar full or a fleet of them, it won’t slow down your scene. Perfect for all your imperial needs! PBR textures made in Substance Painter. The exterior is 2k, the interior is 1k, the pilot is 512x512. Cutting in the windows a couple years after the outside model was done made for some very messy topology around them, but the overall ship is still low poly enough, and no one will notice. The glass is also currently single-sided, just to be more performant than trying to have glass with thickness and refraction. If you are using them as distant background models you can also make the glass opaque and delete the interior for more savings. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 5502 polygons.

This took me a while, it was a very bussy year me for having fun enough. Still I managed to finish it (or I hope). I will be uploading OC’s.instead of more FanArt in the future. This was a really fun practice tho, I really wanted to study this interesting rig setting. The model is far from being exact (nor in colors or shape) from the movie model (Megan walker’s) I realized too late. Still I really loved how she looks and I’m really proud of how much I learned from this exercise! This is a test scene which uses assets from my “School Classroom Asset Pack” which is available for purchase. This scene is to showcase how some of the models can be used to create a good looking classroom scene for a school. Vasa was a Swedish warship that capsized and sank off Beckholmen in Stockholm’s inlet on its maiden voyage, August 10, 1628. After some early unsuccessful attempts to rescue her in the 17th century, Vaasa was largely forgotten. The ship’s approximate position remained known until the middle of the 19th century, but no serious attempts were made to salvage it. In 1956, the amateur researcher and engineer Anders Franzén, together with the diver Per Edvin Fälting, succeeded in re-establishing Vaasa’s exact position and after several years of marine archeological excavations and preparations, Vasa was lifted above the water surface on April 24, 1961. Since 1990 the ship is included in a permanent exhibition in Stockholm. Until 1988, the wreck was stored in Wasavarvet, a temporary building that, in addition to being a combined conservation room, was allowed to function as a temporary museum. This is work in progress.
