During searching for ideas and gathering references I came to make a off-road vehicle with a powerful suspension. The body resembles the American Ford T and the Soviet GAZ-AA, and the large wheels came from a small tractor. I wanted to create an all-terrain vehicle of a village farmer who loves off-road racing. This is a 3D model is from a laser scanning survey of the remains of a slave house chimney (Chimney 3) from the Stafford Plantation on Cumberland Island National Seashore. The Chimneys are a series of 26 hearth and brick remains in three parallel rows that are found nearby the main Stafford plantation house. The site is undergoing restoration treatments and our 3D survey was performed prior to that work, digitally documenting and preserving the site for archival purposes. Our 3D work is additionally assistive with preservation planning and supportive of management needs, and can be utilized for structural repair documentation, monitoring, and condition assessment. Using these models, 3D prints can also be made to examine construction techniques in tactile ways.
