The BRDM-2 (Boyevaya Razvedyvatelnaya Dozornaya Mashina, Боевая Разведывательная Дозорная Машина, literally “Combat Reconnaissance/Patrol Vehicle”) is an amphibious armoured scout car used by states that were part of the Soviet Union and its allies. It replaced the BRDM-1 in the Soviet and Warsaw Pact armies. Production started in 1962 and went on until 1989, with 7,200 vehicles produced. READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING PLEASE: I decided to release this model of Uzi’s a railgun from Murder Drones! Warning: I used a lot of materials while animating, so it may not be decent. The aim was overall dimensional accuracy (like shape and size) and not fanciness (little details, textures, or any other uzi’s additions) of the weapon. Aaaand it’s just a .blend file where the railgun spins, that’s why the preview is kinda clunky. Just put this file in blender and do whatever you want with this model… change materials, texture it, export it, improve it, put it in games etc… it’s all up to you for now. Super telephoto photogrammetry of a wreck abandoned boat derelict. Pealing chipping off layers of paint. Lots of seaweed and seashells from the lagoon of Venice. Unfortunately I could’t get full coverage because I coun’t get very close to the subject, maybe 20m the closest, I could’t get all the photos I wanted especially from the top. This was one of times I wish I had a drone (not sure if it’s even allowed to fly in that area anyway), so I tried my best with a 400mm lens handheld from any place I could walk around it. I managed anyway to get comfortably 3x8K textures and normals in a relatively low poly model. As early as June 1920 the cornerstone was laid in the presence of President T. G. Masaryk. The monument was eventually commissioned in 1931 from sculptor Bohumil Kafka, a professor at Prague’s Academy of Visual Arts, outside the tender. The sculpture was intended to be monumental and realistic. It took Kafka ten years to complete the sculpture, and an advisory board of nine people was established to supervise his work, consisting of specialists, historians and hippologists. The monument to the Ukrainian poet, writer, artist and thinker Taras Grigorievich Shevchenko is located in the center of Kharkov - in the Shevchenko Garden, at the entrance to the central alley from the side of Sumskaya Street. The total height of the monument is over 16 meters, the statue is 4.5 meters. The goal of the project is to obtain sufficient information for further modeling and study of all details. To solve this problem, we used an RTC360 laser scanner, a DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone and a Canon EOS R camera. In the course of the work, laser scanning, photography from a quadrocopter and additional photos were carried out. The next stage was office processing. The second cycle was implemented using Leica Cyclone and Reality Capture programs, which were enclosed in data binding to a coordinate system. The next point was an automatic combination of aligned point clouds and photographs. This is an feeding animation of a sub male Manta Ray (“Skye” Mobula c.f. birostris, disk width of 2.5 m) that was reconstructed from a combination of drone, gopro, and other video imagery and morphometric data. Note the twisting of the cephalic fins, which are used during feeding. Skye was filmed primarily while swimming off the coast of Palm beach, Florida. Jessica Pate and her team with the Marine Megafauna Foundation (www.marinemegafauna.org) were instrumental for filming Skye and providing access to other data on Manta Rays. The ANGARI Foundation (www.angari.org) and Angela Rosenberg coordinated and supported this research. Jonathan Bayuk and Ken Morton kindly donated funding to enable this research.
