I was told a really interesting fact about antique medical supplies from a teacher who taught me 3D art in the past. The reasons for a lot of medical supplies/furniture during this time being green is so that when blood sprays on this colour, it appears as black and is less confronting to patients. This is because mixing red and green together, the result achieved is a dark brownish-black colour. The drawers and cupboards have functioning hinges and can be opened and closed to store all of your important medicines and supplies! This asset was created for EDEN, the indie surreal horror game by Missing Mountain Dev. The game takes place in an Australian Manor post WWII and the Gold Rush. Drawing heavy influence from Victorian Era furnishings which were used to display wealth during this period. Our game was featured at PAX Aus! In the Valley of Heroes, Zivkovic set up a magnificent monument on the top of a hill. The monument enriched the space of the already famous ossuary, built in 1958 by architect Sakeb Hadzihalilovic, with the remaining bodies of 3301 Partisan soldier who died in the Schwarz operation. After two years of construction, Zivkovic’s monument was ceremoniously opened in 1972. Wings of victory are placed on the top of the hill so that the entire valley of the Sutjeska River can be seen. The valley, bearing blood and suffering of less than a century old battle, is now protected by a magnificent white monument. This is one of the Ancient Lion Pillars that I had converted into a 3D Model with the help of Zbrush. Basically, I had made the pillar in Maya and then the lion’s skull in the Zbrush (This is my first time to work on it). Then I had combined them up, to put some cracks on the pillar so that it would have an ancient look. Then the same thing as it is (Low poly, Unwrapping and Baking).
