This pack contains a selection of low-poly, real-time-ready, wicker baskets and woven bags appropriate for most Mediterranean (Inc. Middle East and North Africa) or European historical, or historical-fantasy, settings. The sources for these were primarily archaeological finds and iconography from throughout the Roman Empire. However, similar baskets could be found elsewhere throughout the Middle Ages and in to the modern period. Basket weaving technology has remained pretty stable for thousands of year. The woven items are more Mediterranean specific, as they were usually made of palm fronds - the two bags are based on Roman mosaics and archaeological finds from Egypt and come in various different positions. The Domes were built to facilitate the manufacturing of computers. They were built in 1983 by InnerConn Technology Inc., a manufacturer of circuit boards for computers and watches. They chose this design because they were fast and cheap to build. However during the build InnerConn Technologies defaulted on a loan and they stopped all construction and were never completed. Over the years they have deteriorated and have been vandalized. This one has been photographed and turned into a 3D model to historically preserve its place in time. A few vulgar graffiti images have been digitally removed.
DSLR + Drone photos were used to capture the image to create this model using photogrammetry.
