Life on the steppe and various nomadic religious beliefs influenced traditional Kazakh clothing—it was practical in that it protected from the cold and windy weather, was comfortable to wear on horseback, and was also made of natural materials. The quality of clothes and their individual elements also made it possible to ascertain the social status of a Kazakh and the family or clan to which he belonged. Korshunov.[1] It was originally introduced during World War II from 1942 onwards as an emergency measure to replace the complex RGD-33 grenade. It continued in use with the USSR and its Warsaw Pact allies in the post-war period until replaced in 1954 by the RGD-5 grenade. Stockpiles were held for emergency or reserve issue, military aid, or foreign sales. They were eventually destroyed in the 1980s due to the TNT filling degrading and becoming unsafe. Unlike the RGD-33, the RG-42’s components were simple to produce and assemble. Only the fuze required specialized manufacture and the parts could be easily assembled by hand by cottage labor. Yet another rig of a variant of dragon I made in a span of 3 weeks. Though I very mostly made up the design as I went along (as usual) I had several insperations in which some may show more than others ranging from a VRex to the modern godzilla, to crocodiles to a handful of dragon art on the internet and etc. Would look even better if Sketchfab was able to process Blender bendy bones, but outside of Blender the tail, neck and wings will look like that (and if animation was my specialty). Was originally going to be a dark gray and somewhat similar and simpler patterns, but ended up with this instead. Didnt really establish any kind of lore n stuff as usual ,but I would imagine about this boi being a green fire breather that would result into toxic or venomous fumes and being extremely ferral. This is my game ready mesh of Spinosaur with custom pattern. I really like dinosaurs and after completed Monster Hunter I had a lot of inspiration there, so I decided to create one of my favourite monster ;) In this model I tried to make realistic model as much, as possible. I want to make the bestiary of my creatures that I created. According to my interpretation, the Spinosaurs lives in the highlands near the volcanoes. Their pattern growing on their back effectively deters other predators and thanks to this they can easly hunt their favorite meal. They weren’t big, but certainly belonged to the most aggressive and most bloodthirsty dinosaurs, they never let a prey escape from their sharp claws. A personal project I started in September that got pushed back due to university work. After finishing the game I knew I had to make something for my portfolio to show praise as I am one of the few people with the controversial opinion that the game is a masterpiece, ultimately becoming my favourite game I’ve ever played. I’m a huge fan of Joel and Ellie and I was very invested in the continuation of their story. I chose to model the guitar that Joel gives to Ellie as I felt that it was a physical embodiment of their relationship which is my favorite thing about the games. It’s also different to a lot of my other portfolio pieces as I tend to model weapons. I found this piece quite challenging as the sunburst pattern on the body of the guitar took some time to get right as I had not done too much hand painted texturing within Substance Painter but I am very happy with the results. A fully procedural Islamic dome. Both the model and texture are procedurally done in geometry nodes and materials in Blender 3D. The dome design is based on the main mosque of Yazd. Yazd is a historic city in the center of Iran, and a world UNESCO site. The city is iconic for its adobe houses and endless towers. The tower itself has a Timurian (Tamerlane) architecture. The dome part contains a set of repeating geometrical patterns, followed by two sections of caligraphy. The upper part is knotted Kufic calligraphy, it says Mecca ( مکه), the holy city of Islam. The second row is square Kufic calligraphy, reading Allah and another word I cant read. Please visit https://www.artstation.com/artwork/BXo5qz for accurate render. “The variant of the Cawl Pattern Bolt Rifle used by the Heavy intercessor squad, its extended barrel provides better accuracy at longer range.” I did not expect this one to drag so long as in the beginning I was merely remaking the miniature version. I have to design the whole thing from the ground up, from the size of the barrel, its bullet all the way to how the magazine can actually insert into the gun. I stick the design as closely to the miniature as possible and spend most of my time figuring out the mechanic. 4K texture and 2 versions. One slightly wider to look more akin to the miniature.
