Kimber Custom Tactical Law Enforcement Rail II (TLE/RL II). This is the same handgun that’s used by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Special Weapons and Tactics team, which entered service from 2002 to present. Since around the 2010s, LAPD SWAT has upgraded their Kimbers to have a picatinny rail frame, which allowed the mounting of flashlights. The SureFire x300 series remain their main flashlight attachment of choice.
Interestingly, LAPD SWAT Kimbers feature custom engraved markings on the slide and has a special serial number “KLA114XXX”. KLA stands for “Kimber Los Angeles”, 114 is the police radio SWAT code, and XXX are the 3 unique serial numbers.

The Lion Throne (also known as Sihasana or Thihathana Palin; Burmese: သီဟသနပလ္လင်, derived from Sanskrit: सिंहासन, romanized: siṃhāsana, lit. ‘lion’s seat, throne’) is one of the eight historic thrones used by the Burmese monarchs. Wanted to do something light hearted, wanted to mess around with texture painting, and I wanted to play with hard-surface modelling some more. I collect lego a little bit, and this was one of my more recent additions, so I thought I might as well try to recreate it. I’m really pleased with the results overall. Modelling the hair was the most difficult part, and I think that’s where the model is most lacking. Otherwise I think it turned out alright.

Description: Pseudomalachite is an emerald green to dark green and blackish-green, monoclinic mineral consisting of a hydrated basic copper phosphate. It is also known as tagilite. Pseudomalachite is found in oxidized zones of copper deposits. This sample comes with radial fibrous and concentric inner structure, and reniform/botryoidal surface.
The name Pseudomalachite comes from the Greek for “false” and “malachite”, because of its similarity in appearance to the carbonate mineral malachite.

2018 Design Concept for the revitalization of the One South Church building and block in downtown Tucson Arizona.
I first modelled the current building from scratch with a new technique that helped me create a more accurate geometry than the Sketchup 3D Warehouse version; though I do use versions of its textures.
The concept:
One South Church features a new roof in the form of a glass cylinder which telescopes at the top with 3 half story steps; increasing the height of One South Church from 330’ to 342’.
‘Two South Church’ is a new building at the SE corner where One South Church’s never built twin would have stood. It rises 462’ as a taller sibling with the same facade and tower shape with symmetrical setback heights. Its roof features a glass pyramid which could be used for similar purposes as One South Church.
Lastly, the base structure at the SW corner is rebuilt to connect the two buildings via a domed multipurpose lobby with rooftop garden, and the NW plaza remains largely unmodified 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 2658 polygons.
