Realized using Blender, GIMP and Photoshop. The model is rigged but not very well… I currently find rigging very tedious; that is why the pose is minimal. I am an amateur trying to improve my skillset (painted textures in particular). The fur texture was a challenge. In Blender I was using Freestyle lines to achieve a cartoony, hand-drawn style in the renders. For this reason I could not use any transparency in the textures to achieve a more realistic fur. Unfortunately there is no equivalent to Freestyle in Sketchfab (yet!) but I think the model still looks alright with PBR materials. Any constructive criticism is appreciated; I already have a list of things to improve for my next project. This character is my own original creation. Made with Blender’s Cycles Renderer uses this (http://www.shipbucket.com/drawings/7737) amazing pixel art I found of the NIMITZ Class carrier. Note that the model is by no means true to life, with many key things missing, but it’s my (ongoing) attempt at making something of a game map out of it. Criticism is welcomed, though please keep in mind this is only my 2nd low poly artwork ever and made completely from scratch :) Thanks again to Ajax12 for his help with the hangar models + C-2 and to the devs of https://www.warbrokers.io for their help also. The Glowglobe is a replica of one of my favourite movie props. These floating lamps produce an incredible mood for some of the most critical scenes in the movie.
