Chisato’s Detonics features a completely fictional/custom compensator that the animator likely took inspiration from Tokyo Marui’s Striker .45 airsoft pistol. In the anime show, Chisato states that she uses “non-lethal rubber bullets” that produces a dust of red smoke upon impact. But due to how the projectile disintegrates it’s more of a frangible ammunition, which is what my ammo box design is based on. Still rather lethal if being shot at nonetheless. And just as a side note: I am aware that the underside of the model and the fact that the platform is poking out from the lava does look rather unusual, however the main reason for this is because I wasn’t originally planning to upload this scene as a physical model that could be viewed from any perspective, instead, once the model was completed, I intended to take a single, static render of the scene as if it were looking through the eyes of a player, and uploading that image to my Artstation account, meaning that I wasn’t really focussing on any of the areas of the model that wouldn’t be seen within the final render.
