Hello everyone, I made this model of a cute Unicorn Claw Machine following a design by the artist Julie Perez for the medieval back-and-forth challenge on Artstation. The polycount for the full model and the 4 little wooden horse is 47972. I don’t know how you’d manage to spawn so many little unicorn wooden toys in a game, so the full polycount is way higher on my take. I bet you could just use particles or an equivalent to avoid the extra triangles. I also did that demonstration animation, to show how eveything could work but of course in a game that’d be done with programming not actual bones, haha. The helmet belonged to Wilson (Jake) Crawford. He had 30 years of service. Many of those years was at Station 32 in Broad Ripple (which is now on the historic register). He went up through the ranks to Captain. He was chauffeur for Jesse (Boots) Hutsell (Division Fire Chief) around 1970 and then spent his remaining years at Station 14, near the Children’s Museum. He passed away suddenly the year he was to retire (Sept. 1979). This item was 3D scanned using a Creaform Go Scan 50.
