I started this project in order to practice my hand-painting skills as well as some more organic modelling. I used Zbrush, Blender and Substance Painter. I wanted to keep a painterly look, pairing rough brushstrokes and higher detail areas, to create a semi-stylized piece :)
Cormorants are very striking birds and I hope you like my take on this one!
