So this was a cool project to work on, I like sculpting weird artsy stuff and I’ve been trying to learn Speedtree and trees are pretty boring to look at for hours at a time while you’re trying to figure out what all the buttons and sliders do. I also had to learn a whole new workflow for this but it is what it is. The concept was heavily inspired by ‘The Last Of Us’ in the beginning, I also wanted the body to be similar to my ‘Corpse Flower’ model since theyre both in a larger project together. Initially while I was figuring out Speedtree this model had blue leaves so I was going for that Willow tree vibe but it wasnt looking right. Then I got inspired by the art in ‘Diablo 4’ and scrapped the leaves and added more tiny branches and that kinda brought the whole Blood Tree thing together. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 197388 polygons.

This model is based on the HK MG5, and replaced an older version of the Logicer made by another artist that had been in the game for quite some time. This model was a major step up for me, both in complexity and in execution. I faced quite a few challenges in its creation, but am quite happy with the result.
