I've been wanting to create a candy-themed piece for a while, so this was a whole lot of fun to make! Wanted to go for a real cartoonish, completely handpainted look, so this is my first time using just a diffuse map for piece. An entry for the 3D Editor Challenge Based on “Littlest Tokyo” by glenatron, licensed under CC Attribution-ShareAlike. This time I wanted to simply enhance the stylised look with some complimentry lighting, and a nice vibrant sunsent seemed to work a treat! Beyond the basic light setup, I added a background to match my colour scheme and a shadowcatcher to grab those long end of day shadows.
