The 3D model presents a digital look of a historical costume from a Russian lubok print “A dwarf and a dwarfess” dating to the 18th century. The costume was made for a theatrical performance «Indecent is decent» (Ivanovo State Museum of Local History named after D.G. Burylin, October 30, 2019 – March 1, 2020). The 3D reconstruction was made by using historical block patterns, 2D scans of textile materials and 3d scans of contemporary actors. Anthroscan, Clo3D, SubstancePainter and Unreal Engine 4 software programs were used.

There are two welt pockets either side. Thhe model1907/10 (here, the 1913 Landsturm cut) represented the main tunic of a german foot soldier’s unifrom at the start of the first world war (1914). This version is specific to the Mannschaften, Other Ranks, of the Prussian Army (Buttons and Buckle, red piping everywhere with Brandenburg cuffs). The tunic went trhough considerable changes due to the war, removing decorative elements, making it cheaper to produce. A M15 blouse was introduced in 1915 with a simpler design, no visible buttons and no pipping.
