My first tryout with my new camera (Sony a6500), paired with a Sigma 30mm C lens. These shoes are relatively ooold :), but they’re special. At that time i was ‘fan’ of the Adidas Goodyear shoes because of the sleek and slim design and their undestructibility. Then Adidas started collaborating with Porsche and came with these (as their first i think?). Now they make for awesome looking worn out shoes. Took around 300 photos, processed at maximum resolution in Agisoft. PBR materials created in Substance painter. Remeshing done with Instant Meshes. UV Mapping can be better, i expanded with free addons, and for simple assets it working fine. Shading with node-based workflow and eevee viewport in real-time is awesome, just… awesome! Rendering… EEVEE is a blazing-fast real-time engine! Like it! Compositing is a bit laggy atm, but it has potential. Overall experience with blender is positive in many ways at the end! Except of that definitely creating hair was the hardest part for me I did lots of hair card try but unfortunately I didn’t like not of them so I used ready hair card from marketplace but I am really happy with the final version.
