As a result, it was possible to reproduce the geometry of the original part with very high accuracy. My first tryout with my new camera (Sony a6500), paired with a Sigma 30mm C lens.
These shoes are relatively ooold :), but they’re special. At that time i was ‘fan’ of the Adidas Goodyear shoes because of the sleek and slim design and their undestructibility. Then Adidas started collaborating with Porsche and came with these (as their first i think?). Now they make for awesome looking worn out shoes.
Took around 300 photos, processed at maximum resolution in Agisoft. PBR materials created in Substance painter. Remeshing done with Instant Meshes.

Currently on museum display at the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument in St. Augustine, Florida, this piece originally was located above the ravelin structure - a smaller fortification that provided a first line of defense at the entrance of the fort. This Coat of Arms was removed in 1957 to conserve the piece, and has been on display allowing visitors to the National Park to see it up-close. Today, a replica has been placed where the original Coat of Arms was found. As part of our comprehensive 3D survey, we used structured light scanning and imaging to document both the replica and the original piece. Our data is being used for digital archival preservation, conservation, additional replica creation, and for 3D modeling and public engagement. Our Sketchfab design uses an historic image of the ravelin structure from 1895, showing the Coat of Arms as it was, before its removal. Hello and thank you for viewing my Sketchfab models of various parts of the Eleanor Mustang. Modelled in Maya and rendered in V-Ray, you can find more examples of my work over on Behance. As much as I love the renders I have produced for this project, ultimately they don’t show the scope of modelling work that I put into this project; because of that, I have chose to show about 90% of it in sections, so that you can have a thorough look at the work gone into it.
This model means a lot to me as I originally made it in 2015, with the interior followed up in 2016. Now in 2023, I have decided to remodel the entire car, along with a lot more details that it didn’t have in the first version.
