A model I made for SCP Secret Laboratory’s Parabellum update, or 11.0. This model is based on the HK MG5, and replaced an older version of the Logicer made by another artist that had been in the game for quite some time. This model was a major step up for me, both in complexity and in execution. I faced quite a few challenges in its creation, but am quite happy with the result. I’ve also created a set of first-person animations for the model, which are used in-game. After fiddling around looking for any open exit, you spot the bust of a statue right by the blocked door, its head having seemingly been cleanly fractured away from its neck. You turn your gaze and spot the head itself sitting just a bit further in the room. You know what to do. Statue I sculpted for the school project this year! The sculpting itself took me 4 hours from scratch, which I’m quite happy about. Programs used: Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Unity Engine. Made with 3ds max. I used a base mesh and did pretty much a “hand copy” with the vertexs and lines, following the general shape of the base mesh. Had a lot of fun with the edit poly section… My approach was very slow. I modeled by separate leg, arm, hand, breast, head, foot and then put the frankenstein together, the hair (very bad hair), bikini, and other details came later. I did the model as a A pose, and gave that fancy pose with Mixamo. It is now visible to me with this pose that there are separate edges near the join of the crotch and the leg. I don’t know how to Rig right now, so the funny Charles II of Spain vibes that come from a weird model + Mixamo is a welcome plus 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 38182 polygons.
