In the 1950s, LeTourneau Inc. developed several overland trains, essentially oversized semi-trailer trucks that could travel over almost any terrain. Their intention was to be able to handle logistics needs without being dependent on local road or rail systems, allowing them to operate in back-country areas. The US Army had three experimental units built, the largest reaching almost 600 feet (183 m) long, which holds the record for the longest off-road vehicle. The Mark II had a much larger six-wheeled cab that was over 30 feet (9.1 m). The turbine engine was much smaller than the diesel it replaced, allowing the interior to support a crew of six with sleeping quarters, toilets and a galley. It was even equipped with a radar. An additional two power cars and ten cargo cars were built for testing. The 3D model presents a digital reconstruction of solid and riveted rings of archaeological mail armour. To create 3D models of the rings, we used polygonal modelling functions of Blender software. In order to record the relevant measurements of the mail rings, we used a list of parameters. This list includes 11 parameters for a riveted ring and four parameters for a solid ring. The accuracy of the digital replicas of the rings was 0.01 mm. Good old standard of analog video recording on tape cassettes… wait… no. Wrong VHS… VHS-2 is really weird Bullpup Assault Rifle from Croatia. It have really iconic look similar to FAMAS but its not super popular/used. As for model it self, its actually model that I made about 2 years ago, but I had to modify it a bit and create new textures due to previous project that it was part of. Its not super accurate but good enough, also I included two uppers for it… so its plus. Model is rigged, but there is also version with separated parts.
