This is a church built somewhere around year 1100. The building material is sand stone and wood. The church has been built on top of 1,5 meters of previous “cultural building remains” Through annual ring dating on wooden beams over the nave, it has been found that these trees were felled in 1136. The church is built in Romanesque style with the tower to the west. (Notation 1 on the model) An inscription engraved above the entrance on the west side states that “Othelrik me fecit”, which means: Othelric has made me. This architect and stonemason is believed to have come from northern Germany and was one of the foremost of the 12th century in Västgötland. Yet another rig of a variant of dragon I made in a span of 3 weeks. Though I very mostly made up the design as I went along (as usual) I had several insperations in which some may show more than others ranging from a VRex to the modern godzilla, to crocodiles to a handful of dragon art on the internet and etc. Would look even better if Sketchfab was able to process Blender bendy bones, but outside of Blender the tail, neck and wings will look like that (and if animation was my specialty). Was originally going to be a dark gray and somewhat similar and simpler patterns, but ended up with this instead. Didnt really establish any kind of lore n stuff as usual ,but I would imagine about this boi being a green fire breather that would result into toxic or venomous fumes and being extremely ferral. My submission for a past Sketchwars theme: redo a classic… My thought is that something went astray with the Thunderbird between 1963 and 1967. My 3D sketch is a proposal for a different aesthetic bridge between the lovely 1963 body style and the somewhat radical departure of 1967. This took 4 hours to do, completely done in 3D while immersed in VR using Gravity Sketch. I had 2D reference pictures in the scene, but all the ideation of the forms was done in 3D. This is a non-traditional medium (skipping 2D) so I did a bunch of tweaking with post process effects to give it a more grainy textured paper/punchy colors/rendered look … minus the dabs of white gouache for highlights! (uploaded new model, corrected blackout surfaces, added rear bumper, tweaked some surfaces, added more details in spots) 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 496766 polygons.
