This is Komaru Naegi’s “Megaphone Hacking Gun” from Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls. I’ve been enjoying the game so I decided to whip this up. I mostly used screen shots from my Vita for reference photos, because of that I really wasn’t able to get a clear view of the icons on the top of the gun or the actual grip of the gun. I’ve made a good amount of gun grips before so it wasn’t an issue trying to sculpt the spline around how Komaru holds the gun. This is my Final for Stylized Creation. We had to go from a chosen concept to a 3D model that’s game ready. Meaning we had to go through the whole workflow of making a stylized character. This involved making a blockout, sculpting the detail on that blockout. There after we had to retopo the highpoly mesh and thus make a low poly version of it. Then we had to unwrap, to eventually bake and texture the model.

Small diorama scene made for a school assignment. The theme I chose was “Forest Loner”, and I thought it would be interesting to create a house that looked like it was made by hand from local materials.
I’ve always been curious about tileable textures, and decided to try my hand at creating a few to be used in the scene. I created a wood and metal trim texture which was used in the texturing of the shed, the house, the water tower and the electrical poles. I also made a texture sheet for the metal roofing and used it to also texture the small electrical conductors on the electrical poles.
