Butrón (Basque: Butroeko gaztelua) is a castle located in Gatika, in the province of Biscay, in northern Spain. It dates originally from the Middle Ages, although it owes its present appearance to an almost complete rebuilding begun by Francisco de Cubas (also known as Marqués de Cubas) in 1878. The castle has a fairy-tale look about it inspired by Bavarian castle models. The present building was created as a hobby for its then owner and to create something which is visually spectacular rather than to produce something in which people could actually live. A quick scan of this bridge.. not quite ready to tick it off my list from the Victorian Heritage Database. Apart from its heritage value it’s also a popular tourist attraction for photographing the Puffing Billy steam train as it passes over the bridge.

A viewing bay has been constructed for tourists, off Belgrave-Emerald Rd. The bridge is 85 metres long, 12 metres high at its highest point and comprises 14 spans of 6 metres, curved to a radius of 20 metres. The bridge has a tight 3 chain curvature. It was constructed from local, native bush timbers. ”

In Medieval times, Trim Castle stood like an imposing stone sentinel and powerful symbol of Norman strength at the edge of the Pale, the small area of Anglo-Norman influence on Ireland’s eastern coast. To go beyond the Pale was to enter the hostile world of the Gaelic Irish. Here at the edge, the two sides would have met - in conflict and in battle.
Trim Castle, the largest Anglo-Norman castle in Ireland, was constructed over a thirty-year period by Hugh de Lacy and his son Walter. Hugh de Lacy was granted the Liberty of Meath by King Henry II in 1172 in an attempt to curb the expansionist policies of Richard de Clare, (Strongbow). Construction of the massive three storied Keep, the central stronghold of the castle, was begun c. 1176 on the site of an earlier wooden fortress. This massive twenty-sided tower, which is cruciform in shape, was protected by a ditch, curtain wall and moat.

Lycaon the king of Arcadia. He was an uncivilized and brutal king, he even tried to deceive Zeus. As punishment Zeus transformed him into a wolf.
The miniature has a ≃50mm (2 inches) base and ≃85mm (3.3 inches) height. It comes in two versions with/without supports. Lychee files are included. Miniature was test printed with Anycubic Photon.
This version of the 3d printable miniature comes in 4 parts head, cape, body and base. Some sanding will be required in order head, cape and body to fit perfectly.
There is also another version for 3d printing which is the werewolf witout cape. That one comes in 2 parts, character and base.
