However, it can easily be used for an Arch Viz scene or animation. It was built to be versatile, so can be used as a art gallery, office, museum or modern home etc… Many of the Arch Viz style buildings (free or paid for) you can download online are made with sketchup or Revit, these are excellent tools, but when the models are exported they can be split into hundreds or thousands of pieces which is not always practical for a game engine. This is a model I made of the Lament Configuration for 3d printing. I was tired of seeing so many models online that merely had copies of 3 sides duplicated on all 6 sides, so I decided to create my own proper version that has all 6 individual sides. If you purchase this, you will get STL’s for 2 different versions. One which is made for printing in layers (flat sides, which can then have the gold parts printed and stuck on). Each piece is marked with individual pins so that there is no errors in assembling. The second version, is more for MMU machines, where the gold patterns have actually been cut in to the sides of the cube, so the gold will actually be inlayed. Both versions are made up of 6 individual sides, with pins/slots for the sides to be assembled, and also to make printing easier. This prop has been one of the most challenging pieces I’ve done, but really fun to learn from. The model is based heavily off of Baldi Konijn’s Dungeon Door concept art. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/3a0yo After creating the sculpt and low res, I tried to use the colors of the reference, and wasn’t happy with how it looked. I instead used photos of Blizzard’s recent showcase of Kul Tiras in World of Warcraft as a color theme. A simple rework of my “Cartoon Kitten American Purrrman Tank” i felt not utilising the full potential of the model by only offering the bright pink pink texture option. A small stylised piece i created while recovering from an illness, i set myself a time limit of 2.5 hours for the creation of this asset and due to this constraint there are some minor issues with the mesh and some edges that should hold more detail have suffered but overall i feel i captured the art style i was aiming for. I personally do not enjoy working with this color scheme but overall id rate this as one of my more mediocre assets but it is by nomeans awful 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 34527 polygons.

I created this model based on references from the actual movie props and some amazingly faithful replicas. The geometry is relatively light weight for use in game engines. The counter animation is geometry based, so it can be used dynamically and adressed by code. Complete with 4K PBR textures. My motivation for this piece came from rewatching the Aliens movies. I took this as an opportunity to learn Substance Painter and figure out how to bake maps for a more complex model like this. It’s also always interesting to learn a few things about design in general and about the object you’re researching in specific. When researching references it helped me to find out that parts of this design are based on real life rifles like the “M1A1 Thompson” and the “Spas 12” shotgun 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 7959 polygons.
