The costume was modelled by using historical block patterns, 2D scans of textile materials and 3d scans of contemporary actors. The authors of the 3D model are Aleksei Moskvin and Mariia Moskvina (Saint Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design). The authors thank prof. This is a tribute to Pablo Picasso (1881-1973)’s most famous artwork, Guernica (1937). The main reason to do this is to echo Picasso’s antiwar message, which I strongly believe is needed more than ever. The backside of this artwork I added a few other Picasso’s artworks to advocate peace, however washed out and fragmented it is. The ox, the “sleeping” soldier, and Pegasus are from one of his early Guernica sketches. The others, most notably his Bouquet of Peace (1958), are sampled from his later works with peace theme. The only 3 animated elements are the flower, the lamp, and the light bulb. To me the flower symbolizes life, the lamp represents hope, and the light bulb embodies technological destruction. As long as life continues and hope lasts, humanity will goes on. In order to record the relevant measurements of the mail rings, we used a list of parameters. This list includes 11 parameters for a riveted ring and four parameters for a solid ring. In this asset, I bring a bus body model that was very popular in Brazil and in some Latin American countries in the 70s. The production of this model bodywork started in 1971 and ended in 1975 (its successor Marcopolo III went into production at the end of 74). For me this model of bus represents a lot, especially with the painting of this company, TransCampos, a local company (now extinct) that connected two small towns in the interior of my state. Me, my brother and my mother sometimes traveled on this exact model of bus, the route was always a dirt road (often in poor condition), either in one direction to go near the case of my maternal grandparents, or else , in the other direction to the largest city in the region, Pelotas (Rio Grande do Sul). A 3D model of a Christmas bear brought to you by Artec Leo, a photo camera, and Artec Studio 16’s all-new photo texturing feature. The bear was put on a turntable for full coverage, then scanned and photographed in a standing and lying position to make sure all the hard-to-reach areas were captured. Artec Leo, the fastest wireless scanner on the market, was able to get scans of photo-realistic accuracy in three takes and in less than 30 minutes. These scans were then combined with pictures and processed in Artec Studio 16 for another hour to achieve the best possible texture. Go ahead and rotate the model to admire all the cutest details – a knitted scarf and a sweater, a cross-body bag full of presents, even a pom-pommed beanie, all brilliantly rendered in full color with not a single bit missed. A clay jug with an ornament represents the traditions of Kosiv ceramics, which are on the list of the intangible cultural heritage of Ukraine. This technique was formed in the 18th century in the Hutsul region and is still preserved in several local villages. Each product of Kosiv ceramics is unique as each is handcrafted. Paintings are usually done in 3 colors (yellow, green, and brown) and reflect authentic ornaments, Hutsul life, and beliefs, or biblical stories. In 1886 the engineer Carl Benz (1844–1929) of Mannheim filed a patent application for a “vehicle operated by a gas engine”. It was the first car with a gasoline engine. From today’s standpoint Benz’s Patentwagen represents the basic innovation behind an entire transport system. However, it met with very little public interest in 1886. To change that situation a market for cars first had to be established. Initially it was motor sport enthusiasts who discovered the “self-propelled” vehicles. The Benz Motorwagen initially enjoyed its greatest success in France, which became the trendsetter for Europe’s motoring community in the 1890s through marketing and sport. However, there was at least one local publicity tour, when Berta Benz headed off on the first “overland journey” by car in 1888, driving her two sons from Mannheim to Pforzheim.
