The project of the shipyard was an incredible task: to create an interactive project that displays the work of all the workshops and mechanisms of the factory and at the same time it had to be mobile. Our team has found a unique solution that has no analogues in the world: a scalable object with all of its processes was visualized by us and also animated and filled with necessary information by creating 3D-models and using the application of augmented reality. This project allows not only to explore the internal territory in daytime or night enviroment, but also to study in detail all of the processes from within, from cutting metal plates to the production of finished vessels and allows to study the detailed information about all of the processes as well. The project was created by us based on the project documentation for demonstration the model of the shipyard to customers in different countries. I completed my first draft last November, but I went back over it and made as many changes as possible to get it to a place I felt confident in sharing. This is MEEPO, or the Mega Express Espresso Processing Operator 3000. The initial idea was to have this retro-futuristic coffee-station diorama that sold a particular kind of mundane story (even if it was in a sort of space-setting). October Sculpting Challenge 2022 ❗NOT RIGGED, VERY ROUGH MAXIMO RIG PRESENT PLANNING ON RIGGING IN THE FUTURE PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PURCHASING❗️ Decided to attempt a more detailed sculpt for this month, particularly focusing on wrinkles and organic detailing. Originally was planning on practicing simple hard surface techniques by creating a deer’s skull, but decided to take it further and create the famous Native American cryptid, the Wendigo. Also took the opportunity to learn how to better use and implement hair cards, although it does bump up the tri count a tad.
