Reading Corner Diorama - ART1407 UQAT Student Project The work consisted in modeling a room of our imagination with at least 20 objects inside. I did a cozy room to read and see the stars at night. I was inspired by fantasy and astronomy. The inspirations are in my collection “ART1407 - Diorama". Textured with gradient atlas made on Photoshop. I made this model in 2016, to practice modeling shapes and creating procedural materials. It was decent work at the time, but I revisited it in 2022 to give it a proper mesh/material cleanup and see how much I could improve it. This is the result!
Some of it could definitely still take a little more attention, but overall I’m happy with where it ended up. It’s a cool ode to the infamous Piranha Plant from Super Mario Bros.
