This is a very simple scene including everything that I made for my most recent project: Medieval Village. My task was to make the tailor shop which I created to be very poor looking and also included a little sassy drawing of him on the front of the house to show his personality. The main plinth got a market with some materials, there is a pumpkin patch in the back that was not made for the tailor himself but something for the entire village to use. Then there is a tiny island with some underwear and clothes to dry. A photogrammetry scan of the Haunted Mansion Entrance Plaque. I remapped the UV texture and painted it in Substance painter. I wish it looked good but there are a few foreign triangles that look bad when zoomed in, partiallly from me attempting to reduce triangles. I hope it still looks good though. The original file was in misplaced in my old models folder and while I’ve seen many etsy sellers who have used this model, I cant find the original poster. This house was once belonged to a timber baron in a small Northern California city. But after the logging industry went bust, it’s owner abandoned it to the elements. While not a complete ruin, this house will need a lot of TLC to bring it back to it’s former glory.
This house was an experiment for me in tileable materials and seeing how far I could get using nothing but Photoshop for texture creation instead of my usual go to, Substance Painter. Most of these materials started out with a diffuse texture I either photographed myself or found on CGtextures.com. I then created the normal, spec, emmisive, etc in Photoshop.
I think this technique works well if you’re going to be putting the model into an engine like Unity or Unreal. The textures hold up at very close and they can be used across many different buildings or props you may have in your game. Also being able to add secondary textures would allow for more variations like grunge.

This scene was inspired by the classic Beatles song, Eleanor Rigby and Silent Hills playable teaser, P.T.. I tried to mix the mystery behind that music in a game style environment to see if I could show a nice and scary ambiance.
I made a small story in it, nothing fancy, but follow the notes.
I simply love horror, love creating, watching and playing scary games.
I used zBrush, Maya, Blender, 3D Coat, Substance Designer, Substance Painter and xNormals to create this scene.
I made a small gameplay inside the scene, it is very inspired on PT

That’s my Winchester model 12 Trenchun. I modeled it as a fully operational Game asset. Model doesn’t have rigg but it’s fully modelled inside so it could work as a fpp or tpp model. The rifle in particular have ~4600 faces, bayonet ~900 and shell ~140. Im not completely satisfied with textures but I think this is best i can do (especially wood, damn That’s best wood I ever made).
