This is a modular enviroment scene that was created for my second assessment at AIE where we needed to create six+ objects to build a modular scene and texture it. I tried to achieve a wow/diablo feel to my scene in a PBR workflow.
Here is the desciption I wrote for the scene at the begining of the saaseesment:
An old and forgotten crypt, a shaft of moonlight coming from a hole in the ceiling falls upon a large stone coffin at the back of the room up a small set of stairs. The coffin has a banner lying on top of it as if marking a hero or a king, down the stairs is a larger room with a carpets running across the room. On some of the walls there is a arched inset with a candles and a plaque with some writing on it that cant be read correctly due to age and erosion. This statue is situated in my town’s Memorial Park. It is one of four that was donated to the park which honours the veterans and fallen soldiers originally from my town (Ballymena, Northern Ireland).
Along with the statues there is a plaque:
“These four statues were generously presented to The Borough of Ballymena by Mrs Ruth Wier. M.B.E. 1973.”
The model was created from 33 images I took on my Smartphone Camera. I stitched the images together with Photoscan and cleaned up the model in ZBrush and Maya.

An 18th century bronze statue believed to be of the Roman Emperor Trajan (mistakenly referred to as Julius Ceasar by several excited tourists who stopped for a selfie opportunity, and did not read the plaque). it is situated next to a section of the London Wall near of the Tower Hill underground station.
Better photography focussing on the whole right arm and left hand would most likely have produced a better end result.
Model was created from 269 photos (probably could of taken more) shot with a Nikon D5300 (using a 18-55mm kit lens) and aligned on High in Agisoft (using medium level dense cloud).

This model was realized through photogrammetry using Agisoft Metashape (ver. 1.5.3.). 180 pictures were taken of a resin replica of the piece, and the were processed and scaled using the software tools. The morphology of the piece impeded taking pictures of its base, which provoqued te model to not be closed in that area. A photogrammetry scan of the Haunted Mansion Entrance Plaque. I remapped the UV texture and painted it in Substance painter. I wish it looked good but there are a few foreign triangles that look bad when zoomed in, partiallly from me attempting to reduce triangles. I hope it still looks good though. The original file was in misplaced in my old models folder and while I’ve seen many etsy sellers who have used this model, I cant find the original poster.
