Here is a new low poly diorama originally inspired by the fabulous concept of Sephiroth Art. It has been a while in production as after initially building the Golem I left it to come up with an additional storyline. In the end I was inspired by the acts of kindness that have been occuring all over the world recently and the birds nesting in our garden. This lead to showing the gentle side of his character rescueing a chick and trying to return it to the nest. This is Harold, the otter. He was created during the 2015 Inktober by me in order to evolve a character day by day for a whole month. He’s an otter, a monk and always slightly grumpy.
This is my 3D interpetation of him, carrying a recent catch to the comfort of his den. He’s made of 2184 tris which I would like to reduce one day since I created him pretty early in my 3D education. But finally he at least got a little scene he deserves to live in.
