Transform tab: check “apply transform”.
Geometry tab: check “apply modifiers”.
Armature tab: uncheck “Add Leaf Bones”.
Bake Animation: Uncheck.
Save the FBX and the new blend file (dont overwrite the original)
Upload to mixamo (choose animation)
Download animation
reimport the new fbx to blender (delete body mesh and old armature)
parent everything again to the new armature using ctrl+p

So here is a Fan-Made 3D model of one of my favorite characters/enemies in the game Dungeon Fighter Online, Astaroth is one of the four followers of Apostle Ozma, and I found her lore and motivation extremely attracting.
