Who else played Super Mario Galaxy for the Nintendo Wii? Well, I did a few years back, and if you have done it as well, you will probably remember the first galaxy of the game!
This was by far my most enjoyable project. The OST of the game was being played while working so… I couldn’t help it, I smiled all the way :)
Made in 3 days with Blender for the WeeklyCGChallenge, with the topic #99: Tiny Worlds. 2nd place winner! :D

I wanted to be as accurate to in game models and aimed have it share the same poly count as well as texture resolution as models in game. I was inspired to make this based on Ashleigh Warner’s creation of the pet, “Daisy the Sloth”.
