The Renault Alpine A110 is one of my favorite vintage automobiles of all time. I have only seen this car once in the flesh, and hope to again some day, it’s so beautiful to me. I have debated rebuilding this model as a high poly asset many times so I dug it out to see how it holds up in Sketchfab all these years later. See what you think and maybe download it for fun. In order to internalize and learn about the workflow for videogames, I decided to take the course “Realistic Prop Creation for Video Games” by Paula Sánchez-Ferrero Ruiz at Domestika.
With my previous experience and the artist’s guidance, I proceeded to create a model that required baking and work on Zbrush.
All meshes were designed in 3ds Max. The main frame of the bed (made up of welded pipes) was later sculpted in Zbrush.
