The graffitied roof monitor with clerestory windows catches the eye of passengers exiting I-83 into the Remington neighborhood. A local development company is pushing to acquire the site and possibly turn it into a high-end grocery store.

I wish it looked good but there are a few foreign triangles that look bad when zoomed in, partiallly from me attempting to reduce triangles. I hope it still looks good though. The original file was in misplaced in my old models folder and while I’ve seen many etsy sellers who have used this model, I cant find the original poster.
