Al realizar el modelo he tenido que hacer producción en Blender para arreglar la textura, ya que las condiciones de iluminación y la propia vitrina condicionaban las fotos por reflejos que han causado alguna distorsión. Al ir rápido, la zona de abajo se quedó a penas sin capturar, así que se ha realizado arreglo de la zona baja con texture paint y boolean. I wanted to make a new hellenic thing, but then realised that this may be original Roman design - at least I found no evidence of greek origins of the design. It’s still doric though!
This model is based on the sarcophagus of Lucius Cornelius Scipio Barbatus (clearly a roman guy), and here is the fun fact - the inscription on the tablet was once redone, most likely by one of the relatives of Scipio.

Varón, de 30-34 años y de robustez media con una estatura de 1,76 m. Su principal característica es que conserva en el lado derecho del rostro, restos de patilla y barba, así como en la mejilla, huellas de barro de una tonalidad rojiza. Otro dato a destacar es la excelente conservación de su lengua y restos de pericardio, membrana que permite cubrir y proteger al corazón.
Al igual que MVG-001 y MVG-003, esta momia en febrero del 2011 regresó a la isla gracias al convenio firmado por el Organismo Autónomo de Museos y Centros del Cabildo de Tenerife, OAMC con la Universidad Complutense.

Las antefijas se realizaban habitualmente mediante molde, y se ha propuesto a Gracurris (Alfaro) como posible taller de origen de los siete ejemplares rescatados en Turiaso, dada la recurrencia en dicho taller de los motivos representados en ellas.
