This is a fire dragon concept. At first it was a concept of only the head, then I decided to make the body of a dragon. I did sculpting in ZBrush, texturing in the program Substance Painter. Thats where “weaver” came from, to refer to the weaving of webs. But if I knew vfx and stuff alike i wouldve iuncluded some kind of web shooting animation. Be it serrated claws and sturdy bones or resourceful pelts, skin and scaled hydes. Covering fleshwound after scar after fleshwound after laceration after evisceration and scars. Holy moly did it feel like an eternity since I started on this guy, but atlast here it is. Made a few provisional demo animations. Hope you like what you see and to hear what you think.
