This model was part of a job application test. My task was to model and texture a candy shop which had to match in color and style based on two delivered 3d renderings. I really enjoyed to work on this sweet little model and to paint all those tiny details. After a year and half, I finally textured this…on a request of a sketchfab member.
My original intention was just to texture it but I realized the topology in certain areas were just abysmal.
I fixed the topology, added new details, and removed uncessary details. At the end, I still haven’t made a exact of the artwork but I got at lot right at 12k less tris than my previous one.
