Made according to the prop from the movie. This weapon is 123x18x5(diameter.) This is my first time trying to make the whole model ornamental on alpha alone, The result could be better IMO. I’ve also specifically make sure that the blade itself is still pristine perfect while the rest are worn, indicating the master craftsmanship of the elves. This is made for the mod game Lord of the Ring Conquest: Reimagined. It is heavily reduced. I stumbled across an amazing concept of this bugbear by Jaemin Kim and thought it’d be the perfect opportunity to make a full character from a concept. I started by sculpting the whole body in ZBrush and then retopologized using the Zsphere tool. I then went on to unwrap him in 3ds Max, texture him in Substance Painter, finally using Maya to rig and do the simple breathing animation.
