There are three of the Methane molecules shown, and the intermolecular bonding is omitted as to display the weakness of it in comparison to the strong covalent intramolecular bonding between the Hydrogen and Carbon atoms. Methane is a non-polar molecule, as the tetrahedral structure assists in balancing the charge, and Hydrogen and Carbon do not have a very large difference in charge. This model is also suitable to an extent, as it clearly represents where the intramolecular bonds are within the molecule, however in a real molecule, those bonds would not be able to be seen, and thus the model is slightly inaccurate. Moreover, the model is not a real depiction of the size of the model, however it displays the format of the elements in the correct structure. The model has had several parts removed and paint stripped back during an historic attempt at restoration, which has frustrated specific identification. Some elements are suggestive of a Mediaeval cog, especially hull dimensions, keel design and clinker build. Another comparison would be a mid-to-late-18th-century or early 19th-century merchant, or naval, brig. Brigs were two-masted, square-rigged ships which normally had a spanker sail set on the lower mainmast. The foremast was the shorter of the two masts. They were used as both naval and merchant vessels. If this ship is based on a naval vessel it would be classed as a sixth-rate (having 20-28 guns on a single deck) as there are 22 gun-ports. Low poly game ready model of a locomotive designed as a mashup of various EMD SW1200 variants. Painted in a Burlington Route livery (some liberties taken). This is actually a remake of a model that was featured in one of the levels I created for No More Room in Hell, quirky details preserved. At the time I was not able to actually create 3d models properly and found a way to circumvent it by using Propper - an addon that allows one to create a Source Engine model using only the Hammer Editor. I thought this would be a great subject to test my abilities since there is an easy point of comparison with the original model.
