Example Three Background
Intact metail chair frames donated to the Oak Ridge Arts Center in 2005 for their stage production of DW Gregory’s ‘Radium Girls’. Distressed wood was bolted to the chair frames to match the play’s visual design of a world in decay.
Side note: the ‘Sloth Panda’ sticker was applied to one of the chairs after the production had closed in 2007 by a volunteer stagehand who complained that the chair gave them headaches.
In 2011 one of the ‘Radium Girls’ chairs was repurposed by the Oak Ridge Arts Committee for use as a dungeon torture chair stage prop in Qui Nguyen’s ‘She Kills Monsters’ drama-comedy production.

For the last model of the challenge, I have adapted and retouched one of the first scenes I did after studying and I have added an animation to include the topic as a lighting effect. Personally it has been a long and difficult year. Having joined the challenge has helped me handle it better. I hope next year will be better. The summer months were the most difficult to do but I am satisfied with the overall result. Next year I plan to spend the time learning Blender and Unreal 5 so I don’t think I’ll do the Weekly again. The AI is going to change everything, so things will have to be rethought. Thank you very much to everyone who has made the challenge possible, especially to those who supported me with the staff picks, to the followers and to those who have commented and given likes. Hi! this is my entry for the Make a Splash in Amsterdam
I reimagined 2.64 Tears of Steel splash screen into an animated world, i love the Bioshock aesthetic and thought that actually TOS it’s pretty cyber/steam punkish and the concept will fit pretty well.
I enter the contest a little bit late so i didn’t have that much time for polish but i’m pretty excited about the out come. In this 3 days i went from, concept art to publishing here on Sketchfab!
I learned a lot doing this project and in the middle I kept a 3 day journal of this piece on my blender artists profile where i show you step by step the process of blocking, modeling, texturing, lighting and finshing in a short and sweet form full of gifs that show the process of each.

Hello everyone! This is Gray Fox, the mysterious cyborg ninja from Metal Gear Solid. He wears an exoskeleton and uses his Fox Blade to slice enemies. I mixed up a bit some references to make his cyborg suit, the original concept art from Shinkawa, the first suit from MGS1 and the armor from Metal Gear Rising. This is an old model I made some time ago. Recently I decided to work on it again and try to do some texture work. It was fun since it made me practice with the creation of specular and normal maps, so I think I learned a lot for future projects. Modeled in Maya, normal maps in Zbrush, texturing in Mudbox.
