I made this project on my spare time during 1 week for a challenge organized by Stylized Station.
Modelisation with Blender ( except the Volcano, made with ZBrush / Blender ) and texturing with Substance Painter.
You can see this planet like a secondary level you could have in Super Mario Galaxy, where there’s no monsters or goals but only signs explaining you some facts about the Earth.

I started creating the piece shortly after watching The Last of Us series. I Sculpted the bust in ZBrush, Retopologised and UV’d within Blender, textured him in Substance Painter and rendered the bust using Toolbag 4. I created the bust to demonstrate organic texturing inside of Substance Painter for WCG students and shared the files to allow them to practice the techniques for themselves.
