This is an environment props I made in blender using 2 main gun metal color trimsheet materials that are duplicated to red, yellow and white. And 1 material for the decals. If you turn on the visibility of the wireframes you’ll be able to see and noticed that it’s relatively low-poly and that most of the details are from the trimsheets.

This took a long time to make! The hardest part was making it look fine on sketchfab. Also I’m submitting this to the January contest in February.... yeah. But it still fits the criteria!
I imagined a more “Yakuza” games style level, where the same space acts as a hub world and a fighting arena. Also I took huge influence from Tokyo-to from jet set radio.
Named Echo City, built on the pacific ocean by business congloramates to act as a city state and a tax haven. As it is a new nation all of the citizens are immigrants, so that explains the multilingual signs everywhere. One month assignment. The goal was to make a next-gen character, ready to be implemented into a game. I really wanted to make a scifi character in his combat suit. I was inspired by Star Citizen, but Halo’s designs are really the best ones for this. For the process, at first I made the lowpoly model in Maya, then I went to Zbrush to subdivide it and put all the details needed with my own alphas. I baked the highpoly model in susbtance painter, and then I tried to make several smart materials to texture the whole character. I also did 2 different camos, because I needed a character that could fit in my upcoming space station project. I also rigged my character with my own auto-rig, therefore I was able to put it in several poses. And finally, for the rendered pictures, I used marmoset. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 52158 polygons.
